You retain ownership of content you create using Creatd. By using our platform, you grant Creatd a limited license to process and store your content for the purpose of delivering the service.
Content generated by AI through our platform is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring AI-generated content is appropriate before publishing.
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
AI-generated content is provided as a starting point. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI outputs. You are responsible for reviewing all content before use.
Publishing to third-party social media platforms is subject to those platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for content removal or account actions by third-party platforms.
